About Us

Evergreen Animal Hospital, established in 1982, is an AAHA Accredited Hospital serving the pets of Gig Harbor and the surrounding community. We are a full-service hospital open 6 days a week, dedicated to professional, ethical, compassionate, and respectful care through education, teamwork, and service excellence.

• Currently have 3 full-time veterinarians and are looking to add one more.
• Well-supported team with staff in place to facilitate growth and collaboration, dividing surgery and appointment cases equally.
• Busy clinic handling dentals, surgeries (from routine soft tissue to TPLOs), and appointments Monday through Saturday, with rotating Saturday shifts.
• Doctors have the opportunity to develop skills in areas of interest such as surgery, orthopedics, exotics, etc.
• Equipped with a Class IV Cold Laser Therapy unit and located near our sister hospital, PetZen Animal Wellness, offering alternative and holistic medicine.

Compensation

Guaranteed annual salary paid month to month, ranging from $115,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly production bonus. The production bonus is based on a 21% percentage rate of additional revenue produced beyond the guaranteed salary.

• Signing Bonus: $5,000 to $10,000 paid at start date.
• Relocation Bonus: $5,000 to $10,000.

Schedule

Full-time schedule of 3-4 days per week, with 10-hour shifts.
