About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Associate Veterinarian to provide comprehensive small animal medical and surgical care in a community-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Performing physical examinations, diagnostics, and developing treatment plans
• Conducting soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures
• Educating pet owners on preventive care and treatment options
• Maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with team members
• Building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring high standards of patient care

Qualifications and skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD from an accredited school
• Active veterinary license in Michigan or ability to obtain one
• Minimum of 2+ years' small animal clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in companion animal medicine and surgery
• Strong communication, client education, and teamwork skills
