About the Role

Adobe Animal Hospital in Concord, CA, is seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join a collaborative, long-standing team. The ideal candidate values teamwork, high-quality medicine, and excellent support, with potential to grow into a leadership or Medical Director position.

Get to Know the Practice

• 2-doctor practice looking to add a 3rd doctor
• Kind and collaborative team environment
• Skilled doctors, including a board-certified pathologist from Davis who works part-time
• Flexible scheduling with room to accommodate multiple procedure days (surgery/dental) if desired
• Well-equipped with digital x-ray, dental radiography, cold laser, and ultrasound
• Open Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Support Team

• Highly utilized support team assisting with in-house lab work, blood draws, and more
• Staff ensures doctors are on track and supported throughout the day
• 2 RVTs, 1 Veterinary Assistant, 1 dedicated dental technician, and strong anesthesiologist support
• Adding a 3rd RVT
• 1:1 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratios

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree
• Valid California veterinary license and ability to obtain a DEA license
• Excellent client communication and customer service skills
• Dedication to continued education
• All levels of experience considered
• Opportunity for growth into Medical Director leadership

• Base salary + production bonus

• California Pay Range: $140,000–$200,000 USD (based on a 40-hour week; prorated for part-time)
