Residential Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our extraordinary care teams as Veteran Volunteers in the Residential Hospice Vet-to-Vet Program. Our mission is to positively impact patients and their families by providing exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care, guided by core values that prioritize individualized care and collaboration. The Vet-to-Vet Program pairs recruited Veteran Volunteers with hospice patients who are Veterans, fostering meaningful connections that facilitate life review and healing.
