Residential Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join our extraordinary care teams as Veteran Volunteers in the Residential Hospice Vet-to-Vet Program. Our mission is to positively impact patients and their families by providing exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care, guided by core values that emphasize collaboration and individualized care. We believe in transforming the home health, palliative, and hospice industries through a proven team-based approach, ensuring every patient receives the support they need at every stage of their journey.

The Residential Hospice Vet-to-Vet Program pairs recruited Veteran Volunteers with hospice patients who have served in the military. This unique opportunity allows Veteran Volunteers to relate and connect with patients on a deeply personal level, fostering an environment where life review and healing can take place.
