Responsibilities

• Love dogs and cats, and people too!
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Make informed and helpful recommendations to our clients.
• Be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy learning new skills and growing professionally.
• Travel to various Petco clinics to support veterinary services.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including clinics and stores.
• Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about animal welfare and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of pet care and basic veterinary procedures.
