Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Vestmark Configuration Analyst to join a key project supporting the platform. The role involves configuring and optimizing the Vestmark platform throughout the conversion lifecycle, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in the system.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Vestmark platform
• Translate business and operational requirements into detailed platform configuration specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues as they arise during the conversion lifecycle
• Partner with project stakeholders to define configuration standards, workflows, and best practices
• Document configuration decisions, system mappings, and process workflows
• Support go-live readiness activities and post-conversion stabilization efforts

Qualifications

• Hands-on Vestmark platform configuration experience
• Proven track record supporting platform conversions or large-scale system implementations
• Experience configuring SMA structures within a wealth management platform
• Familiarity with trading workflows in a managed accounts environment
• Background in wealth management or financial services
• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Ability to face off with technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

$60-70/hr
