Verwaltungskraft (m/w/d)
About the role
The position is located at the NLWKN branch office in Verden, in the business area "Central Tasks". The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit im Bereich Hausverwaltung (u. a. Terminabstimmung mit Fachfirmen, Mitarbeit bei der Auftragserteilung und Rechnungsprüfung)
- Mitarbeit im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin / Arbeitssicherheit (z. B. Bestellung von Beauftragten; Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen)
- Mitarbeit bei allgemeinen Verwaltungstätigkeiten (u. a. Telefondienst, Materialausgabe, Posteingang/-ausgang)
- Besprechungs- und Konferenzmanagement (Raumreservierungen , Organisation von Besprechungen, Serviceleistungen, Einkauf und Abrechnung)
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- Successful completion of a vocational training in administration or the completion of the Employee Training Course I
- A successful completion of a vocational training in commercial management, preferably with public administration work experience
- Knowledge in the application of common office software (Microsoft Windows and Office) and communication tools, and willingness to adapt to the electronic incoming and file management system
- The ability to work independently and responsibly, and a friendly demeanor
- Good verbal and written expression skills (minimum C1 language certificate for non-native speakers)
- Physical fitness (lifting and carrying of loads, climbing ladders)
- Team spirit, reliability, and the willingness to adjust working hours according to service needs (e.g., afternoon shifts)
- A driver's license Class B is desirable
