About the role
This leader will report to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Lead and will be responsible for:
- Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff
- Creating and delivering proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical
- Keeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs
- Creating and delivering a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organization
Qualifications
- Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company
- Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively mentor and train more junior team members
- Able to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency
- Prior management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve performance targets
- Delegating tasks to team members as appropriate
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
