About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Verpleegkundige to join our team at Zorgvilla Steinenburgh in De Bilt. Our mission is to make a positive impact in care and to specialize in dementia care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to residents including medical care and ADLs
- Create and update care plans
- Coach and mentor colleagues
- Monitor the competency and competence of colleagues
- Administer medication checks
- Develop and further specialize in areas such as wound care or palliative care
Requirements
Minimum requirements include a degree in healthcare or related field, and a valid Dutch nursing license.
Qualifications
Experience in dementia care is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Dutch are essential.

Pay
Scales from 45 to 50 based on MBO level and HBO level respectively.
