About the role

You will ensure customers leave our store happily connected by advising and selling smartphones and mobile plans, along with related accessories such as cases, screen protectors, and charging cables. You will also assist customers with service questions, including usage guidance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Advise and sell smartphones and mobile subscriptions
• Sell accessories like cases, screen protectors, and charging cables
• Assist customers with service questions and smartphone usage
• Help with repairs and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Experience in telecom is a plus but not required
• Ability to provide excellent customer advice
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude, creating a positive experience for customers
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
