About the role

As a sales associate at terStal, you are the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. You provide enthusiastic, helpful advice daily, ensuring customers feel at home in our store. Together with the team, you create a positive atmosphere, maintain store presentation, restock clothing, and handle cash register duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers.
• Provide enthusiastic, personalized fashion advice to customers.
• Maintain a positive and inviting store atmosphere.
• Assist with store presentation, including restocking and merchandising clothing.
• Perform cash register duties and handle transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• MBO level 3/4 (vocational education) work and thinking level.
• Proven work experience in retail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings (koopavonden).
• Affinity for fashion and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
