About the role

As a Sales Advisor in one of our Telecombinatie stores, you’ll help customers navigate the full spectrum of telecom, energy, smart-home, security, and repair solutions. The phone is no longer just for calls—it’s the remote control of our lives, and we’re the specialty shop that makes that possible. You’ll advise both consumers and small-business clients on products and services, execute your own ideas, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the services and products offered in-store.
• Proactively reach out to potential small-business clients.
• Contact existing customers by phone to offer support and new solutions.
• Maintain and refresh the store layout and presentation.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and handle administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and run local promotions.
• Perform basic repairs on smartphones and tablets.

Requirements

• Commercial mindset with a keen interest in telecom and/or electronics.
• MBO+ (vocational) level of thinking and working.
• Experience delivering service in the consumer market.
• Telecom experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people.
• Expertise in consultative, needs-based selling.
• Customer-friendly attitude and structured work habits.
• Proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and weekdays.
• Passion for technological trends and innovations.
