About the role

We are looking for an all-round ICT engineer to join our team at Init3. This position is based in Heerenveen, Friesland, and Noord-Nederland.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and maintenance of software solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Assisting in the implementation of new technologies and tools
• Maintaining and optimizing existing systems
• Providing technical support to end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
