Responsibilities

• Accountability for sales, revenue, and growth targets within the sales unit
• Control, optimization, and development of sales processes and activities to ensure achievement of goals
• Planning of sales and revenue, responsibility for annual results
• Analysis and control of relevant key figures
• Gaining new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
• Goal- and result-oriented leadership, coaching, and development of employees
• Participation in networking events and active building of industry contacts
• Reporting line to the sales director

Qualifications

• Passion for people, sales, and Italian food
• Experience in gastronomy and/or wholesale
• More than 5 years of sales experience
• Business management education or business studies
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High affinity to numbers and analytical skills
• Solid, confident appearance with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Empathy, initiative, and network competence
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Comfortable with digital applications and open to new technologies and digital developments in sales
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and SAP knowledge is a plus
• Travel readiness
• Italian language skills are a plus
