About the role

We are looking for a team member to join our Schulranzen Fachmarkt in Nordhausen, where we place great value on first-class customer service and personal advice for high-quality products.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, in 2 shifts
• 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer consultation: conduct friendly sales conversations and help our young and adult customers find the right products
• Product presentation: maintain an attractive sales floor and appealing merchandise displays
• Cash register operations: operate the POS system, process payments, and handle goods receiving
• Inventory maintenance: monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and place orders

Additional duties

• Hermes parcel acceptance and lottery counter services in our branch
• Lottery training can be obtained through us

Qualifications

• No driver's license required
