Responsibilities

• Ensure a special shopping experience and highly satisfied customers
• Act as a representative of the Lead Sales Associate (m/f/d), supporting efficient workflow management and team training
• Handle all tasks in the sales area and warehouse, including:
  • Checking incoming goods and setting them up on the sales floor
  • Monitoring minimum shelf life of products
  • Restocking fruits, vegetables, and baked goods while ensuring freshness
• Perform cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant professional experience (career changers welcome)
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with customers
• Willingness to work carefully and efficiently
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience
• Good German language skills (minimum level B1) to ensure smooth communication with customers
