About the role

Our wireless sales consultants help customers connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices. You’ll partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services, ensuring they leave informed and satisfied. This role allows you to build relationships and trust within the communities we serve.

Pay

Average and high-end Sales Consultants earn $64,000 – $125,000+ per year through competitive commissions and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Service customer needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
• Develop new consumer and business accounts
• Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
• Recommend changes in products and services
• Stay current on the newest technology products and services

Requirements

• Driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and utilize proven sales techniques
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong negotiating and follow-up skills
• Understanding of new technology products and services
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
