About the role

As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers connect, work, watch, game, and stream by recommending the latest devices and Verizon plans tailored to their needs. You’ll build relationships, address concerns, and ensure customers leave informed and satisfied while expanding their connectivity options.

Responsibilities

• Service customer needs and make recommendations based on their specifications
• Develop new consumer and business accounts
• Provide outstanding service during and after the sale
• Recommend changes in products and services
• Stay current on the newest technology products and services

Requirements

• Driven, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and utilize proven sales techniques
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong negotiating and follow-up skills
• Understanding of new technology products and services
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles
• Reliable transportation
