About the role
Wireless sales consultants help customers connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices. They partner with customers to find the best Verizon plans and services for their needs, expanding their ability to stay connected. They listen to customer concerns and ensure they leave informed and satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Service the customer's needs
- Makes recommendations based on customer specifications
- Develops new consumer and business accounts
- Provides outstanding service during and after the sale
- Recommends changes in products and services
- Stays current on the newest technology products and services
Requirements
- Driven, enthusiastic people with a positive attitude

- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

$60,000 – $93,000 +/ year
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
