Verification Specialist I - Part Time

The Verification Specialist I plays a key role in supporting accurate and secure financing operations by validating customer and dealer information. This position focuses on reviewing loan details, identifying potential risks, and ensuring information is complete before financing decisions move forward.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of call center or customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately manage sensitive information.
• Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Ability to identify issues, ask appropriate questions, and make sound decisions using critical thinking.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document information clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet-based software tools.
• Availability to work two evening shifts per week and a rotating Saturday schedule.
