Onsite in Goodlettsville | Fully Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4-6 months)
Open to candidates residing in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas only
Daily Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 hourly pay range

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and verify employment and deposit information with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live chat support, to handle verification requests and employer inquiries.
• Send, track, and manage verification forms and third-party requests efficiently while maintaining organized documentation.
• Manage high volumes of email correspondence and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
