Verification Engineer - New College Grad 2026
About the role
The Verification Engineer - New College Grad position at NVIDIA is part of a dynamic team pushing the frontiers of computing. This role involves verifying the design and implementation of state-of-the-art memory subsystems and coherent high-speed interconnects for mobile SoCs and GPUs.
Responsibilities
- Verify the design and implementation of memory subsystems or coherent high-speed interconnects.
- Architect test bench environments for unit-level verification.
- Develop verification infrastructure including testbenches, bit file monitors (BFMs), checkers, and monitors.
- Execute test/coverage plans and verify the correctness of the design.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation, and silicon verification teams.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in architecting test bench environments for unit-level verification.
- Exposure to verification using random stimulus along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies.
- Prior design or verification experience of dynamic memory controllers or coherent high-speed interconnects.
- C++ programming language experience, scripting ability, and expertise in System Verilog.
- Exposure to design and verification tools such as VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, and GDB.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Pay
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $100,000 - $166,750 for Level 1, and $116,000 - $189,750 for Level 2.
