About the role
At Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E), we seek a highly motivated individual to join our team. This position involves answering and tackling all ticketing-related questions or issues over the phone, email, or through Ticket Office service windows. The Lead will provide exceptional customer service and leadership, manage the schedule for part-time staff, and assist in building out new franchise seasons and non-franchise events.
Responsibilities
- Work all CAM Events / occasional Spurs Games
- Manage the schedule for all (PT) Ticket Operations staff
- Train all-new (PT) Ticket Operations staff on Ticketmaster systems
- Aid in building out Franchise & Non-Franchise events on Ticketmaster platforms
- Maintain the box office by opening and closing, distributing seller banks, verifying closeouts, and updating financial reports
- Communicate effectively with representatives, managers, and internal staff
- Answer and service incoming patron phone calls
- Demonstrate reliability and independence
- Proficient in cash handling and policy/process knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and issue resolution skills
- High level of leadership and organization
- Flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work any day of the week between 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Commit to working a minimum of 3 daytime shifts per week
- Ability to work all CAM events and occasional Spurs games
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Employed in good standing as a Venue Ticketing Representative I or II with SS&E for at least 1 year
- Experience in positions such as sales, will call, guest services, and conflict resolution
- Flexibility to work any day of the week between 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Commitment to being available for a minimum of 3 daytime shifts per week
- Ability to work all CAM events and occasional Spurs games
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and issue resolution skills
- High level of leadership and organization
- Flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $20,000 - $25,000 annually.
