Venue Technology Assistant - Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion

About the role

You will provide technical support for point-of-sale systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure operational readiness for events.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.

Requirements

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to environmental changes immediately.
• Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including operating systems and office suites.
• Ability to be on feet and walk long distances for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safe work habits, including following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and completing company-wide and job-specific safety training.
