About the role

The Venue Research Specialist operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on venue research as a specialized function, ensuring data and reporting reliability. The position requires maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in all venue research activities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate venue research with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
  • Review and update global events role documentation with status tracking for venue research, maintaining traceability and accountability.
  • Document data validation and manage deadlines to ensure accuracy and timeliness in venue research.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for venue research activities.
  • Reconcile quality control with workflow management to surface errors before they result in downstream rework.
  • Apply data accuracy standards while tracking evidence and deadlines in a venue-focused workflow.
  • Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of event management and marketing.
  • Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when venue research depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
  • Ensure role-specific handoffs combine documentation, cross-functional coordination, and venue research to keep work secure, traceable, and ready for the next teammate.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Data Analysis tools for venue research in event management and marketing.
  • Ability to maintain data and reporting reliability under the demands of corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure completed work is traceable, unresolved items have owners, and repeated errors are surfaced proactively.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
