About the role
This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the venue, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The position requires adherence to established COVID-19 safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Keep the venue clean and disinfected, including fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are free of trash and restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Stock necessary items before guests enter the venue.
- Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment, and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show.
- Make sure guests' seats are clean from any debris before doors open.
- Display the "heart of service" attitude.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform required basic maintenance and service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older to apply.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- No prior cleaning experience necessary; looking for motivated individuals.
- Available to work 60% of concerts from May-October, typically 30-40 shows.

Pay
The hourly pay for this position ranges from $15.00 to $18.00, based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Live Nation Entertainment does not request payment or equipment purchases as part of the hiring process. Schedule
Concert season runs from May-October, with approximately 30-40 shows per year. Availability for 60% of these shows is required.
