Responsibilities

• Read work orders and punch various window sills and jams to specification.
• Maintain a steady workflow by partnering with Saw Operators and Welder Operators.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager, Area Coordinator, and Team Leader to ensure manufacturing and quality performance standards are met.
• Cross‑train in production duties as needed.
• Complete tasks with the highest level of safety and accuracy.
• Listen to and apply feedback from management to produce quality products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in a production role or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability and desire to cross‑train into other job functions.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement coaching and advice from leaders and management.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to push, pull, bend, and lift at least 25 lb.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Other physical duties as needed.
