About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The role involves providing support in a residential setting for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support individuals in developing social skills and independence
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Skills
- Basic computer literacy
- First aid/CPR certification
