Job Responsibilities
- Sets up and maintains vendor data integrity across ERP systems (M3, SAP)
- Supports procurement, invoicing, and financial operations continuity
- Enables daily workflow execution within shared services
- Acts as liaison across IT, Procurement, Finance, and AP
- Onboards, maintains, and complies with vendor requirements
- Coordinates purchase orders and procurement activities
- Manages shared mailboxes and requests
- Validates invoice uploads and reports
- Administers PCards and resolves issues
- Reports metrics and documents processes
- Cross-functions with various teams for coordination and process improvement
- Communicates with stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Ability to handle high-volume workload with competing priorities
- Experience with ERP systems (M3, SAP)
- At least 2–4 years in operations, shared services, or finance support
- High accuracy and compliance requirements
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
