Vendor Manager

Sourcing & Vendor Manager leads supplier strategy for recycling operations, managing vendor relationships for equipment, transportation, and services used in waste and recovered fiber processing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing plans and supplier strategies aligned with operational needs.Negotiate and manage contracts to improve cost, service quality, and overall value.Ensure suppliers meet safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and plant teams to secure reliable, sustainable sourcing.Support facility operations across multiple U.S. locations.Drive continuous improvement in vendor performance and procurement processes.Contribute to the organization’s environmental mission through responsible supplier selection. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.Strong contract negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in industrial or environmental operations.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, industrial environment.Analytical mindset focused on cost/service improvement and operational support.
