Vendor Brand Specialist, Godiva (Part-Time) (LAX - Tom Bradley International Terminal)

What you'll be doing?

• Work as a brand ambassador for GODIVA Chocolates and the DFS brand.
• Build customer loyalty and relationships by interacting directly with customers.
• Sell merchandise and assist customers in selecting, purchasing, and refunding items.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by responding to customer queries and complaints courteously.
• Assist other sales staff during peak periods to ensure prompt service to all customers.
• Maintain a high standard of floor presentation and stock levels.
• Coordinate merchandising activities such as inventory management and promotional events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Luxury sales, spirits, wine experience, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Comfortable with one-on-one customer service and clienteling experience.
• Able to handle POS terminals accurately and quickly.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay & Schedule

• Base hourly rate: $24.50
• Eligible for commission
• Part-time role scheduled for 25 hours per week
