About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

  • Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for our customers;
  • You’ll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine;
  • Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system;
  • Swiftly address any customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience;
  • Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Responsibilities

  • Work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather;
  • Perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine;
  • Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours);
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English;
  • Grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items of 50lbs;
  • Have a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license;
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English;
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine;

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $22/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $22/hr to $24/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. At 3 months: $22.50/hr; At 6 months: $23.00/hr.

Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.
