Responsibilities

  • Mainly responsible for Robo Shop management, product restocking, sanitary maintenance, and handling customer complaints to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Assist with warehouse and goods management, including products moving in and out of storage, allocation, and inventory.
  • Assist the development manager in following up on the leasing process and managing Robo Shop-related contract files.
  • Support store sales operations in the NYC area as needed.
  • Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
  • Great personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong self-driving force.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
  • Fluency in any other language is a plus.
  • Having a driver's license or access to a vehicle is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as it involves commuting.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
  • Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
