Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for Robo Shop management, product restocking, sanitary maintenance, and handling customer complaints to ensure performance targets are met.
Assist with warehouse and goods management, including products moving in and out of storage, allocation, and inventory.
Assist the development manager in following up on the leasing process and managing Robo Shop-related contract files.
Support store sales operations in the NYC area as needed.
Perform all other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.
Great personality and excellent communication skills.
Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Strong self-driving force.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
Fluency in any other language is a plus.
Having a driver's license or access to a vehicle is a plus.
Reliable transportation is a non-negotiable requirement for this role, as it involves commuting.

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
