Responsibilities
- Filling out paperwork - packets
- Zoho-check in and out correct book
- Customer sign in
- Vehicle inspection
- Greeting customers
- Parts and Service introduction
- VIN Verification
- SYNC and Download Ford Pass if equipped
- Go over Sync paper work
- Schedule re-sync appointment
- Customer vehicle walk around
- Customer Delivery Check Sheet completed
- Picture taken for all new and pre-owned vehicle
- Educating customers on all features that their new vehicle is equipped with
- Desk manager introduction and final good bye
- Checking emails in ADP and Dealer socket
- Min of 20 CTI calls per day
- Answering phone calls in delivery department, assisting customer’s questions
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Must have liable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
