About the role

The Driver Operator will gather data to customer specifications across North America, documenting observations through the Data Acquisition system. This position involves operating vehicles on predefined routes under various terrain and weather conditions, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles across predefined routes through various terrain and weather conditions.
• Perform pre‑shift and post‑shift vehicle inspections.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Follow instructions provided by the project manager.
• Perform daily reporting and additional reporting as required by the program manager.
• Maintain all documentation with utmost confidentiality.
• Support data acquisition and implement proper tagging techniques to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
• Perform other related duties as required to meet ongoing company needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Experience working with ADAS features (highly preferred).
• Ability to work in a drug‑free environment.

• Flexible schedule; able to work extended hours and weekends.
• Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours per day.
• Schedule: Weekends (Saturday‑Monday), 2nd shift 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm.
