Vehicle Technicians / Mechanics

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our team, focusing on delivering high standards to our growing business and customers. You will work on leading-edge products across a wide range of services and repairs in a class-leading facility with a family-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and comply with manufacturer training requirements.
• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards to meet customer expectations and minimize repeat repairs.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Vehicle Health Check process, providing clear and concise repair order write-ups (concern, cause, and cure).
• Achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction by delivering a quality of service that retains customers.
• Maintain your work area, tools, and equipment to a high standard, complying with all Health and Safety regulations and protecting customer vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Car Service Technician/MOT Tester.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Pay

Salary between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus opportunities.
