Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Carrying out mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work required
• Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
• Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and workshop colleagues
• Delivering excellent quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Qualified Technicians L3 IMI Vehicle Technician
• Previous dealership or workshop experience beneficial
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence

Pay

• Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum
• On‑target earnings (OTE) up to £36,000
• Sign‑on bonus: £1,500 total (£750 on joining, £250 after accreditation, £500 after 12 months)
• Enhanced technician bonus scheme: earn extra per attended hour based on monthly efficiency – £1.0 per hour over 100% efficiency rising to £2.0 per hour, plus a Time Saved Bonus paid at normal hourly rate for hours sold above efficiency criteria
• Overtime available, paid at a minimum of time and a half
• Holiday pay calculated as the greater of normal hourly rate plus bonus supplement, or average bonus earnings over the previous 12 weeks
