Vehicle Shuttle Driver
Responsibilities
- Safely drive newly manufactured vehicles to assigned parking locations
- Follow designated routes and parking instructions
- Park vehicles carefully and accurately
- Inspect vehicles and report visible damage or concerns
- Complete vehicle inventory and tracking tasks
- Walk approximately three to five miles during a typical shift
- Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, and direct sunlight
- Communicate with team members to support an efficient flow of vehicles
- Follow all company, customer, and facility safety procedures
Requirements
- A current, valid state-issued driver's license
- Ability to safely drive and park vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the shift
- Ability to walk several miles and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and detailed instructions
- A positive, team-oriented attitude

About the Role
Road & Rail Services is hiring Vehicle Shuttle Drivers for B-Shift at our Georgetown, Kentucky, operation. In this outdoor role, you will drive newly manufactured vehicles from the production plant to designated parking areas. You'll spend much of your shift moving between vehicles, walking approximately three to five miles, and working outside in changing weather conditions. This position is a great fit if you enjoy staying active, working around vehicles, and being part of a dependable team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will enjoy outdoor work, staying active, and working around newly manufactured vehicles. They should have a current, valid state-issued driver's license, be able to safely drive and park vehicles, and work outdoors throughout the shift. Dependable and consistent attendance, along with a positive, team-oriented attitude, are also important qualifications.
Skills
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential for success in this role.
