About the role
Easy Auto is seeking a full-time Vehicle Service Contract Claims Specialist for our headquarters in Cleveland, TN.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls
- Gathering claims details
- Explaining warranty coverage to customers
- Documenting important information related to the claim
- Obtaining repair estimates
- Other general office clerical duties
Requirements
- Self-motivated and extremely detail oriented
- Knowledge of the overall clerical functions of an office environment
- Professional demeanor and ethical work standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-driven individual who requires minimal direction
- Work ethic and integrity
- Strong data entry/customer service background
- Great attitude
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and work in other areas as needed, while promoting a team environment
- General vehicle knowledge preferred but not required
Benefits
- Full-time position, typically 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
- Pay based on qualifications and experience, generally between $22-$24/hour
