Vehicle Registration Specialist / Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
• Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
• Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Administrative, customer service, or related experience.
• Som automotive related experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Able to be on your feet all day.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment.
• Need to pass pre-employment screening.

Schedule

Monday - Friday work schedule
40 hours a week (Full Time)
Monday: 8am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8am - end time 5pm to 9pm
Wednesday: 7am - 4pm
Thursday: 8am - 5pm
Friday: start is 8am with varied end times to keep weekly hours at 40
