About the role

This position is responsible for taking post recon, distribution center, Insight OVE/Simulcast, and TRA photographs of vehicles as defined by Image Standards. The Vehicle Photographer will also handle Photo Booth processing if the location is equipped. Additionally, this role supports uploading images captured during the inspection process.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
  • Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
  • Maintain knowledge of the Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
  • Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
  • Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if the location is equipped.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
  • Actively participate in all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks and manual dexterity.
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in photography.
  • Experience in digital and computer processing.
  • Basic computer software skills.
  • Certification or education in photography.

Work Environment

Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)

Pay

Hourly pay rate ranges from $15.10 to $22.69 per hour. The base rate may vary based on factors such as location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including commission and incentive programs.
