You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in. We’re looking for a reliable, safety-focused Vehicle Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate company vehicles (vans and pickup trucks under 10,000 lbs GVWR) to deliver products, support daily operations, warehouse and ensure smooth, on-time service to our customers. Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Safely operate company vehicles under 10K GVWRSafely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders. Load, transport, and unload inventory at customer sitesFollow delivery routes and adapt to traffic or delaysProvide friendly, basic support during customer deliveriesPerform routine vehicle checks and safety inspectionsMaintain accurate delivery and transport logsFollow all safety, compliance, and company policiesUse technology to prepare ordersMust adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. Assist with general operational duties as needed Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED preferredWarehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is a plus. Ability to lift items that weigh up to 75-100 lbs regularly. 0–2 years of experience (we provide training!)Valid driver’s licenseAble to lift and move materials as requiredDependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated At Ferguson, we care for each other. Pay Range: $16.67 - $22.21 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
