Vehicle Mechanic

About the role

The Mobile Vehicle Mechanic performs routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on company fleet vehicles across multiple locations. The role requires traveling within the territory, completing necessary paperwork, and maintaining active light-duty or driver status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance for all fleet vehicles
• Address equipment deficiencies and conduct thorough inspections
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Complete required documentation and paperwork

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• At least one year of experience working on heavy-duty trucks and equipment, including DOT inspections
• Ability to pass background and physical tests
• Provide basic tools for the role
