Vehicle Inventory Rep & Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.
• Complete monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the assigned deadline, which offers flexibility to determine when work is completed.
• Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information.
• Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit work.
• Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks.
• Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
