As a Vehicle Exchange Sales Associate, you will assist Service customers in trading their current vehicles for new or pre-owned vehicles. You will provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless and positive vehicle exchange experience.

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of vehicle features and specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Valid Driver's License
