Vehicle Compliance and Analysis (VCA)

• Support the VCA Safety and Emissions teams with the development, management and execution of the various governmental reporting requirements to ensure timely submission to NHTSA, EPA and CARB.
• Aid the Safety team with TREAD Act, assist in ad-hoc reports, and campaign launch activities.
• Coordinate, create and disseminate Recall and Service campaigns to affected parties and in the respective outreach activities.
• Assist the Emissions team with data collection and analysis to support compliance and reporting.
• Assess and analyze large volumes of data to assist management in streamlining processes and procedures.
• Create training and presentation materials to effectively communicate ad-hoc topics to management for the safety and emission teams.
• Perform vehicle testing and assist with work instruction review and updates prior to campaign release.
• Analyze complex scenarios for campaign launch activities and create a dashboard for field use.

Qualifications

• Undergrad - Rising juniors and seniors
• - Preferred Data Analytics and Engineering Background
• - Available from May 2026 - May 2027
• - Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 28 hours maximum
• - Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern
• - Preferred Skillset: Excel (data preparation and analysis), PowerBI knowledge, Power Automate, Microsoft Office, Time management skills
