Responsibilities

• Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, ensuring they are satisfied and loyal.
• Manage your service route using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
• Apply appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations.
• Fulfill orders and complete daily route schedule, and procedural paperwork.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Physical Demands / Working Environment: The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
