Responsibilities

• Spray application of chemicals
• Possess an awareness of and commit to Chemical Safety
• Follow instructions accurately

Requirements

• Active MDARD Pesticide Licenses: Categories Core & Right-of-Way and 3A are required licenses for this role. These additional licenses are preferred: 6, 3B, Tree Care and potentially Mosquito.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Chauffeur’s License or Endorsement
• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in landscape pesticide application
• DOT Medical Card (Preferred)

Qualifications

• Has or can obtain a QAL
• Basic knowledge of plant material
• Able to communicate in English & Spanish – oral and written

Pay

The PAY RANCE FOR THIS ROLE IS $20-$25 PER HOUR AND WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON PREVIOUS RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS ANY CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES YOU HOLD. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience specifically in landscape & vegetation control pesticide application. Experience with animal or general pest control is not sufficient.
