About the role

We are seeking a cheerful, committed, and experienced individual to join our team at Phantassie, responsible for our Vegboxes. This role involves owning the single most important product of and advertisement for our business and our livelihoods, and requires veg knowledge and enthusiasm, quick thinking, adaptability, and a curiosity about our customers and their approaches to eating Organic.

Responsibilities

• Packing and preparing Vegboxes for distribution
• Providing good eating, adding recipes or cooking tips
• Liaising with the growing and buying teams
• Occasional delivery driving, market selling, and pick your own veg tasks

Requirements

• Veg knowledge and enthusiasm
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• Curiosity about customers and their approaches to eating Organic
• Pride in the quality of produce sent out to customers

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but a passion for Organic produce and a willingness to learn are essential.

Schedule

The role is available for 3 or 4 days per week, with options for live-in, local, or commuting from Edinburgh (using local bus or train). We are soon to move premises on the farm, offering the chance to be part of a new chapter in Phantassie's 25-year history.
